Jessica Holmes is a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with over 18 years in nursing, including nine years specializing in addiction treatment and recovery. She provides integrated, patient-centered care that addresses both the physical and mental health aspects of substance use disorders.
Driven by personal experience with addiction in her own family, Jessica is deeply committed to helping patients stabilize their mental health, regain control, and achieve lasting recovery. She meets patients where they are, empowering them with the tools and support they need.
Outside of work, Jessica is a devoted mother of four. She brings the same compassion and patience from her personal life into her clinical practice

Christopher helps individuals living with addiction who seek to transform their struggles into growth. With 17 years’ experience in addiction work, Christopher brings a strength-based approach to support lasting recovery. Establishing collaborative relationships which reinforce a person’s resilienceand empower them to sustain abstinence, Christopher helps people build a life aligned with their values.
His approach integrates wisdom from pioneers like Joseph Campbell and Dr. Wayne Dyer. He focuses on uncovering people’s inner strength through intentional, self-directed healing. He is committed to helping people address both immediate challenges and deeper patterns that impact sobriety.
Approaching his work with reverence, Christopher considers it a privilege to support people in building skills, self-trust, and neurological pathways toward peace, self-worth, and lasting health.
Doug Conley is an addiction counselor who brings both professional training and personal experience to his work. A Navy veteran and alumnus of Maryland Recovery, Doug has earned his ADT and Certified Peer Support Specialist credentials and is currently working toward his CSC-AD.
Doug is passionate about supporting individuals throughout their recovery journey and finds meaning in seeing the transformation from a client’s first day to their last. His approach blends clinical insight with compassion, helping individuals recognize their inherent worth and build confidence in their recovery.
He values the connection between science and spirituality in addiction treatment and believes in showing up authentically so others can do the same.
